Customer Service Administration Support Officer

The Customer Service Officer will provide outstanding customer service to meet customer requirements and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Officer will provide outstanding customer service to meet customer requirements and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. With a proven history in building and maintaining valued customer relationships, they will thrive in going above and beyond to problem solve and deliver valued outcomes and customer experience.
**THE ROLE'S DUTIES**
- Coordinating with customers on the analysis services and test results, and all internal transactions relating to customers
- To identify customers' analytical needs and recommend testing requirements,
- Ensure all reasonable steps are taken to achieve accuracy, reliability and repeatability of test results
- Advise customers on appropriate testing suites based on current legislation and industry practice
- Organise relevant testing and coordinate with internal labs
- Follow up sample status and reporting
**What they will need to be successful**:
- Tertiary qualifications in science or related field with experience in customer-facing service provision
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, ability to develop and promote tailored solutions to customer needs
- Technical understanding of water industry analytical services and ability to confidently communicate and sell these services to existing and potential customers (Desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems (Desirable)
- Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools (Desirable)
- Current C class drivers' licence
