Our client is looking for an Account Executive in Sydney who is responsible for customer adoption and growth within a territory. We need an experienced salesperson who has a consultative sales approach, a successful track record of growing and onboarding clients with polished presentation skills. You will ultimately be responsible for your own success within the territory, ensuring incremental growth in monthly recurring revenue, new logo acquisition whilst providing the best sales experience possible for our customers.

**Expectations**
- Deliver quality and tailored discovery calls and demo’s to prospects based on the prospect’s challenges, causes, and consequences.
- Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority.
- Create accurate business value alignment between the prospect and your solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Strive to continuously improve and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
- Eloquently and professionally work with all stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, VPs and other execs and ask intelligent questions.
- Be polished and professional, as well as self-motivated, with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with a sense of urgency and persistence.
- Manage time precisely with a thirst for knowledge and a growth mindset.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of on-quota sales experience selling B2B SaaS solutions or 6-8 years sales closing experience in highly competitive industries.
- History of consistent quota over-achievement.
- Experience selling to VP and C level executives.
- Previous experience navigating lengthy and complex sales cycles using a value-based selling methodology.
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment.
- Teamwork, good communication, and internal partnership skills are a must.
- Demonstrate your business acumen in understanding how enterprises make decisions
- Validated quota achiever (top 10% in your company)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
