It includes Employment Branding, Recruitment, Onboarding, Internal Movements, International Mobility, Transition Support, and Diversity & Inclusion. The Tribe Performance Lead is a critical role with accountability for partnering with the Tribe Lead to set the strategic vision for the Tribe, to partner with Product Owners and Team Leads on the prioritization of J&M’s portfolio of initiatives, and to work with Talent & Culture stakeholders to ensure dependencies are appropriately surfaced and managed.

**Key responsibilities will include**:
Partnering with the Tribe lead to set the vision, mission, strategy and operating model for the tribe, including the coordination and facilitation of Tribe strategy days, and the annual and quarterly planning process
Partner with Product Area Lead, Team Area Lead, Product Owners and Team Leads to ensure the effective prioritisation and delivery of Joiners and Movers initiatives that drive direct value to the business and support them to achieve their strategic agendas.
Partners with key stakeholders across the broader T&C function to ensure demand for J&M services is well understood, and to appropriately surface and manage dependencies on other Tribes to deliver agreed strategic priorities
Coordinates investment requests as they pertain to key strategic and compliance related initiatives
Leading relevant projects and initiatives that may arise, and provides strategic support to the Joiners and Movers leadership team
Identifying and driving relevant process efficiency, automation and effectiveness initiatives of the Tribe
Supporting the Tribe Lead to drive strong tribe engagement to deliver productivity and connection within the tribe.

**Role Type**: 6 month Fixed-Term Contract

Ability to collaborate and indirectly lead and influence across diverse teams and stakeholders, creating a shared purpose that brings people together to deliver outstanding outcomes aligned to a mission
Successfully build a network of strong relationships and influences key stakeholders
Identify, scope, plan and communicate the need for significant programs of work ensuring the delivery of strategic objectives and customer outcomes
Ability to actively connect outside and inside ANZ to leverage latest thinking, providing practical/relevant ideas, improvements and fit-for-purpose solutions
Proven experience in working with large multi-disciplinary, multi-geography, high performing and highly engaged teams
Effective communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to interact with a range of stakeholders at all levels
Continuous improvement mindset with experience in driving efficient processes, ideally in Recruitment
