As a Journey Expert, Marketing Performance Lead you will play a key role in managing the oversight, analysis and reporting of key benefits and performance for Personalisation Service Delivery investment slate activities. In addition, you will be working closely with key stakeholders across the value chain under the guidance of the Tribe Performance & Well managed lead with improving financial reporting, operations and dashboards for Digital Sales Experience (DSE) & Personalisation Service Deliver (PSD)

**This role is accountable for**:
Developing a strong understanding of the Personalisation Investment case and revenue models - underlying financial model, business benefits, campaign objectives and revenue assumptions

Working with key stakeholders including Value Stream Leads, Capability Area Leads, Marketing Analytics & Finance to develop& agree standardised metrics for benefits reporting
Lead the story telling of Personalisation benefits, including preparing monthly performance dashboards, maintaining PPM (ANZ ‘s Portfolio Management system) for the investment case & preparing strategy reports for the GM PSD & DSE
Assisting DSE & PD Well Managed Lead with cost management operations and reporting for the PSD investment case
Assisting DSE & PD Well Managed Lead with financial processes to ensure DSE & PSD is a well-managed business

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven experience in areas such as; Marketing Measurement, Business Strategy Execution, Finance Planning/Operations, Business Case development, Performance reporting,
Ability to effectively communicate ideas in a consumable format with supporting action plans
Developed writing skills and ability to prepare presentations/reports for senior stakeholders
Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to produce meaningful reporting, insights, and action plans
Ability to identify and track value to ensure effective and efficient customer delivery
Experience in establishing and tracking key performance metrics, interpreting data and translating to financial outcomes
Working knowledge of Agile, Finance, Risk, Performance and Operational Management, Change Management
Experience in Marketing performance, forecasting, metrics and measurement
Experience in Digital marketing and an affinity for technology would be an advantage
Strong stakeholder skills would be an advantage
