About the role

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Continuous Improvement & Transformation team as an Improvement Partner. This role will support two key transformation projects to improve timely access to care for admitted inpatients on a full-time, temporary basis (until 30 June 2024).

This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior clinical staff, gain experience leading improvement and showcase your skills at all levels of the organisation.

About you

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
**Essential**:
Experience in redesign and improvement methodologies

Experience in training and coaching staff in improvement, project and change management

Proven track record in successfully leading and embedding change within and across teams

Understanding of measurement and monitoring for safety and quality

Demonstrated ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders

Superior communication skills, both verbal and written

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure both independently and within a team

**Desirable**:
Tertiary qualification in health related field and / or clinical experience within an acute health setting

Experience with leading co-design

Redesign and/or improvement specific qualification

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
