About the role

As a Channel Account Manager, you have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with our Key Partners. Your objective is to capture maximum growth potential in the market by leading and managing strategic initiatives and building up strong relationships.

Role responsibilities:

- Ensure the development of robust, sustainable business processes, policies and practices that support current needs and future growth of distribution customers
- Partnering with the distributor(s) and marketing team to develop programs that increase revenue and brand awareness.
- To drive growth, establish, sustain and nurture working relationships with Key Decision Makers and stakeholders and to consistently identify opportunities to successfully expand sales into new customer areas.
- You will empower the Channel Partners by managing their continuous training, coaching and education.
- You will also contribute to the delivery of Trend Micro targets/KPIs and represent the Channel team in various working groups and meetings when required.

What you will need
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an IT Sales role.
- Able to demonstrate consultative sales skills and foster strong relationships with key partners
- Knowledge of the IT industry with clear understanding of SaaS
- Experience with distribution and security a plus
- Enthusiatic and personable
- Able to show how you have successfully managed a detailed strategy across the enterprise end user/channel
