**About the opportunity**

**What you’ll deliver with us**:

- Responsible for the operation, support and enhancement of critical directory platforms: Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and the services that they support including service management.
- Demonstrates technical thought leadership and is strategically minded. Able to contribute to overall IAM Strategy and translate strategy into prioritised actionable outcomes.
- Provides expert technical consulting to both mature the function in BAU and deliver robust work products for projects that align to design standards, patterns and identity strategy.

**Required experience**:

- Set expectations and hold teams to account, recognising their contribution
- Foster a culture of accountability
- Establish and communicate clear operating structures and discipline enabling the delivery of quality outcomes.

**About you**
- Experience in running an operational directories practice supporting critical business services in a medium to large enterprise.
- Extensive delivery experience across Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and supporting technologies.
- Experience in technical leadership/mentoring in an operational directories environment.
- Experience with workload management and delivery tooling (E.g. Jira)
- Experience with version control and code managements technologies (e.g. GitLab)
