**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Motivate and manage customers within our NSW territory for La Roche Rosay and Cera Ve product portfolios.
- Achieve sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Commercial Director/ Regional Manager
- Identify potential for commercial development of existing customers and develop their loyalty as well as prospects within the industry and develop new business relationships
- Help customers develop their own business - sales, merchandising, technical assistance, coaching, training and team motivation
- Work in collaboration with ACD Medical and Training teams to educate customers and deliver Heath Care Professional Strategy
- Develop market share (sell-out) in the sector and conduct competitive intelligence on points of sale

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have 4+ years of previous experience within a similar role within a similar environment
- You will have displayed strong business acumen and stakeholder management in your current role. Engaging and educating your customers, and at times consumers, through exceptional story telling will also be key to success.
- You will be very comfortable with data and analysis. Whether through the delivery of your business targets (PowerBi), the astute management or our CRM system (Stay in Front) or by providing market insight to your customers or the division, you’ll always have your finger on the pulse and be a trusted advisor to your customers.
- You will be a self-starter with high levels of energy and you’ll always be prepared to go that extra mile for your customers and our brands.
