**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Part Time 0.6 FTE (45.6 HRS) VPS3 Project Administrator Risk & Audit Unit North West Metro Region in Victoria Police. The position is based at the Victoria Police Centre in the CBD.
The Support Services Division has responsibility for leading the governance and management of capability and capacity for all staff in the North West Metropolitan Region.
The work of Support Services is critical for ensuring that our people are skilled, safe and supported and that ongoing delivery of effective policing services is maintained and improved across the Region.
To achieve this, Support Services Division oversight and manage risks and opportunities in areas including health, safety, wellbeing, harm, ethics, behaviour, leadership, planning (including capability planning, impact & maturity assessments), audits, reviews, training, professional and policy development.

**Your duties will include**:
- Supporting the Project Team with data collection, data monitoring and reporting.
- Providing secretariate duties including the preparation of correspondence, minute taking, reports, related data management activities and other administrative duties as directed.
- Stakeholder engagement and sharing information across the two service delivery sites.
- Preparation of material using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
**As the successful applicant, you will have**:
- Demonstrated initiative and organisational skills, and the ability to provide reliable and high-quality project support.
- Well-developed analytical and conceptual competencies including the ability to interrogate data sets.
- An intermediate level of data literacy including advanced MS Office and computing skills, specifically in the use of Excel.
- High level of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and demonstration of respectful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to write and present information in a concise and accurate manner.
- An understanding of how to work in a team environment and build effective partnerships.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and adhere to strict timelines.
**Requirements and relevant information**:
- One part time 0.6 FTE (45.6 HRS), ongoing position.
- Your usual place of work will be at Victoria Police Centre located at Level 13/311 Spencer Street, Docklands. While this position will have a nominated usual place of work, the position may be required to work at other locations, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant Victorian Public Service Agreement.
