**About the Role**
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Onboarding Analyst and play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer's experience. In this permanent full-time position based in Brisbane, you'll be instrumental in onboarding new customers by ensuring their details meet our KYC standards, thus maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your day will involve the onboarding of Non-Individual customers, assisting bankers and building strong relationships with our internal stakeholders within our multiband bank. You will work closely alongside the BOQ Branches and Business Bankers to ensure timely, accurate and efficient completion of initial and ongoing KYC/Customer Due Diligence in line with the bank’s AML program.

This role is 50/50 WFH, from our Newstead office. The role requires a weekly - biweekly shift from 930am - 6pm.
**About you**
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual with Prior experience within financial services industry - additionally relevant to customer KYC and customer on-boarding is a plus but not mandatory.
