Onboarding Coordinator - Talent Acquisition

About the role

As the Onboarding Coordinator, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team providing day to day support to the people team and our Projects in Australia and Projects in South Africa (Expats).

You will be responsible for:

- Managing personnel files & pre-employment checks
- Helping with medical bookings and specialist follow ups
- Welcoming new starters to the business (The fun part)
- Ensuring Safety, IT, Payroll and other teams know who’s on the way
- Assisting with graduate recruitment programs
- Helping manage visas for expat workers

What you’ll bring to the role

You will bring a keen & eager attitude, willing to help out welcoming new people to our business.

You will have:

- A degree in an area of Business, HR, Humanities or similar
- Great communication skills, previous customer service experience
- Admin skills, Excel, Oracle exposure would be great
- Passion to learn Recruitment, Onboarding & Mobilisation
