Aldinga Payinthi College Early Learning Centre is seeking dedicated and passionate Educators - Working towards Diploma or already Diploma qualified, to join their team.

Working under the guidance of our experienced ELC Director, your responsibilities will include assisting families with sensitivity and professionalism, assisting with positive behaviour management procedures, and promoting the inclusion of children with additional needs.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Must hold or be working towards a qualification of Early Childhood Education (or relevant field)
- (HLTAID009) Provide CPR
- (HLTAID012) Provide Emergency First Aid in an Education and Care Setting

  • Certificate of completion for "Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect" (RRHAN) training
  • Experience interacting with groups of children from 06 years
  • Awareness of accountability, Legal liability, and duty of care to children
