**Your new role**
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing the end-to-end payroll for over 300 employees across multiple locations. You will also handle payroll queries, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and awards. You will report to the CFO and work closely with the HR and Finance teams, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar payroll position
- Proficiency in using payroll software, such as Xero or MYOB
- Knowledge of payroll legislation, awards, and tax
- Familiar with time & attendance process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
