**You are**:
- Passionate about IT support and eager to move beyond traditional phone-based roles into a more hands-on, engaging environment.
- Someone who enjoys **owning your domain **by taking responsibility for closing tickets and interacting directly with end users.
- **Technically inclined **with experience in IT support and a strong foundation in the **Microsoft stack **(Active Directory, Entra ID).
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values teamwork, and seeks an opportunity to **learn and grow**.
- Keen to be part of a supportive and innovative team culture where professional development is encouraged.
**And the practical experience**:
- Experience in a **Service Desk **or **IT Support **role, with a focus on providing technical support and solving problems.
- Experience with **Active Directory **and **Entra ID **(Azure Active Directory) for user account management.
- Hands-on experience with **hardware management**, including setup and troubleshooting of IT equipment (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
