**About the role**:
As the successful applicant, you will undertake a range of administrative support functions within the Knox Business Services Centre.
Victoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements.
**Your duties will include**:
- Maintenance and management of accurate administrative and financial records and registers.
- Undertake routine financial management of purchasing transactions and the verification and processing of invoices.
- Understand routine administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, and ordering office consumables.
- Book travel for Victoria Police employees.
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment with a strong customer focus.
**As the successful applicant, you will have**:
- Proven experience in a role that required you to complete routine financial and purchasing transactions.
- Ability to maintain systematic and accurate financial, payroll or administrative records in a confidential environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment with the capacity to prioritise work and operate with mínimal supervision.
- Developed keyboard skills using Microsoft Office suite

- Position is located at the Eastern Region Headquarters, Knox (420 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South).
