**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join the Property and Procurement team to manage facilities, building contractors and service providers to ensure proactive management of facilities are effective and efficiently supporting continuing operations.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Asset planning, project and maintenance of systems and activities.
- Ensuring facilities and asset management systems, processes, policies and procedures facilitate compliance with health, safety, environment and quality standards and other regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Relevant Degree and post graduate qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role in managing a team with emphasis on client focus and service excellence.
- Substantive relevant experience in contractor management including on-boarding and management against service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Well-developed planning, prioritisation and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a complex and varied workload.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and establish strong working relationships with a range of key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skills in the use of technology including the Microsoft office suite and Facilities Management information systems (or similar).
- Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
