**About The Role**

The Security Project Management Operations (PMO) team is the interface between the client, internal sales, technical and delivery teams. The Project Coordinator has ownership and responsibility for the delivery of services to our clients.

The Project Coordinator’s primary focus is to provide delivery of small to medium scale projects to ensure that we exceed client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Management of the Security Projects Inbox & input of new projects into the CRM system
- Coordination of complete lifecycle of assigned projects, making sure projects are delivered on time and on or under budget
- Assign suitable technical resources to project (internal engineers, consultants, contractors)
- Obtain a clear understanding of project deliverables and communicate to all stakeholders
- Coordination of project review meetings with assigned technical resources prior to project commencement and preparation of initial project plans
- Ensure all assigned resources understand key milestones and project timelines
- Excellent awareness of current assigned projects
- Coordination of regular client review and status update meetings and taking minutes and noting action items
- Quality Assurance control: undertake final review and edit of all reports or other documentation/project deliverables before releasing to client

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in the IT industry in a Project Coordination role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Microsoft Word - Advanced
- Microsoft Excel - Intermediate
- Microsoft Project
- ConnectWise
- One major industry project management certification and one other technical certification
