_Why is this role for you?_
You love learning new things in construction.

You have ambition to be a PM in the future but you know you need a solid foundation of knowledge to get there.

In this role you'll get that in spades. You'll receive 1-2-1 training on how to be a great CA.

You will procure trades properly, review contracts in detail and find out how to deliver a project on time and to budget.


All their PM's + CA's were in your shoes before so they know how to help you without getting overloaded.

Plus, as each PM is different, you'll learn new things from each of them on both new build and fitout projects.


You'll get to go to site and develop relationships with your subbies who are always paid on time so they won't be pestering you - in fact, they will be keen to help you as much as possible.


You'll get 4 appraisals a year from the GM, meaning you'll know exactly what you need to get better at and work on to get promotions and pay rises.

You'll work with a business that has a staff retention rate of 95% over the last 2 years. Meaning it's a positive environment where the team look out and support one another


Initially, the salary will be $60-$90k package + bonus and this figure will quickly rise as you learn more skills.

Operating for 25 years, they have grown organically to 30 staff who operate out of a beautifully designed office in Artarmon.

They develop strong team relationships with weekly lunches, fitness classes and weekends away throughout the year.

A pool table and dart's board in the office is regularly used which helps to foster a relaxed office environment.


With turnover now at $40 million they have 5 project managers who deliver projects from $250k - $20million in the commercial, child care, health and fit out sectors in NSW.


With pipeline of work very strong up into 2024 they are looking to start a new project team hence the reason to hire.


Their repeat clients are well known such as Red Cross, Charterhall and Notre Dame University so you'll get great exposure working with big brands.

  • You have 6months + experience working with a subbie or builder in Australia
  • You've used procure before and want to become an expert at using it
  • You can demonstrate with examples that you are a hard worker who can work with others in a team and has the ability to learn new skills


In this role you'll get training, support and advice every day, you just need to bring the work ethic and attitude that you want to be the best you can and are willing to put in the effort.
