**Job description**:
**Position**: Project Administrator/Analyst

**Term**: 12 months

**About the Role**:
Opportunity to work as an Project Administrator/Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting program success. In this position, you will:

- Assist the Delivery team in meeting network requirements for the Civil/Military Air Traffic Management System.
- Handle program administration and reporting responsibilities.
- Collaborate with diverse project teams, both internally and externally.
- Utilise your strong communication skills to interact with ICT and business stakeholders and address issues when necessary.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Gain valuable insights into project management and delivery processes.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

- Be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain Baseline
- Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a preference for experience related to people and technology.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Showcase demonstrable interpersonal, consultative, organisational, and facilitation skills.
- Have experience working with diverse project teams.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Display analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
