Position Overview:
Owing to remarkable growth in our trade professional base, we are expanding our account management team to enhance client support. We seek enthusiastic Inside Sales Account Managers who excel in phone-based interactions. This role involves overseeing a substantial number of accounts, nurturing client relationships, and surpassing performance targets.

Your Value Addition:
Manage a portfolio of around 500 trade businesses across Australia.
Serve as the dedicated point of contact, handling approximately 80 outbound and inbound calls daily.
Provide exceptional customer service for a world-class experience.
Oversee the complete life cycle of trade professionals' campaigns, including onboarding, growth, and retention.
Exceed monthly revenue targets while retaining and expanding your portfolio.
Your Profile:
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Account Management, Sales, Retention, or Customer Service.
Demonstrated success in high-volume sales, evidenced by meeting sales, retention, or similar KPIs.
Flourish in dynamic, fast-paced sales team environments.
Exhibit excellent time management skills and quick thinking abilities.
Exposure to online marketing or advertising is advantageous.

**Salary**: $44,502.10 - $101,053.01 per year
