Working in modern facilities at our Balcatta office our Customer Service team provides world-class customer service to business & residential customers across Western Australia.

**What the role will involve**:
Reporting to the Manager - Enablement, you’ll lead the Workforce optimisation team that provides scheduling, forecasting, and insights to the Customer Service Business unit allowing them to deliver on our key strategies and Thrive 2035.

Leading a team of workforce schedulers together as a team you will deliver customer service and contact centre metrics to drive outstanding outcomes for our people and customers.

**Key skills and experience**:
From your strong workforce management background, you’ll have a relevant degree or substantial experience in Customer service workforce management within a multichannel, multidiscipline (Contact Centre, Outbound & Field Crew just to name a few) environment.

Working within a fast paced environment, you will have exceptional stakeholder relationship skills, and you'll demonstrate your ability to develop and implement workforce optimisation strategies and processes within a multi-channel environment.

You’re a natural leader and thrive from engaging and supporting all team members and fostering a spirit of teamwork both within the immediate team and as part of the broader Customer Service business unit.
