Our team develops strategic resource plans for Bankwest operations, aiding critical resourcing decisions with medium-range forecasting and optimizing performance through data-driven insights.

**Do work that matters**
As the Workforce Forecasting Lead, you will provide medium-long-term forecasting for resourcing, budgeting, and productivity. Responsible for E2E long-term forecasting, collaborating to meet budget and customer outcomes, driving operational efficiencies, and leading productivity initiatives with Finance and business stakeholders.

**More specifically, you will**
- Manage stakeholder relationships, collaborate with various business areas to optimize outcomes, and build the annual budget plan.
- Develop analytical models to forecast operational impacts for change initiatives, supporting workforce planning readiness to mitigate change impact.
- Lead and contribute to productivity initiatives to deliver operational efficiencies, cost savings, and improved customer outcomes.
- Tailor recruitment planning with metrics aligned to strategic site footprints and analyse to forecast volume trends and optimize resource plans.
- Develop run-rate forecasts and work with key business stakeholders to ensure they 'close the gap' to budget forecasts.
- Support end-of-month budget reconciliation and forecasting.
- Provide workforce planning support for project initiatives and establish critical cadence to drive business outcomes while prioritizing people and engagement.
