About the role
- Support the delivery of high-quality staff wellbeing and workplace culture initiatives in the Directorate.

About you
- Ability to manage and coordinate projects in a complex health service environment.
- Insight and understanding of the challenges facing service delivery in Metro North and the culture and wellbeing needs of teams, Managers and staff in this fluid organisational environment.
- Workshop facilitation, public speaking and presentation skills.
- Respect - demonstrates interpersonal savvy, manages conflict appropriately, communicates effectively and balances the needs of all stakeholders with utmost respect to all people at all times.
- Teamwork - collaborates effectively, develops talent and values differences.
