People and Culture at FCTG are growing and have a new role available as a **Systems Support Specialist** on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The main purpose of the role will be to manage and maintain the technology platforms that operate within the People & Culture function of the Flight Centre Travel Group business globally. Specifically, the role will ensure the uptake, integration, smooth operation and reliability of the L&D and Communication Teams businesses systems such as (but not limited to) HubSpot, Workplace & FCTG's Learning Management Systems.

**What you will be doing**:

- Support and analyse system and user related issues through to resolution (key priority)]
- Act as an intermediary between vendors and system users
- Analyse workflow, maintain process maps where required and isolate areas of opportunity for business improvement
- Review and approve system enhancements to ensure they meet the business’ requirements
- Assist with the implementation of system enhancements across the global user base
- Provide system reporting and analytics
- A strong innate technical fluency and systems aptitude and a demonstrated knowledge of FCTG processes and tools
- Have excellent technical trouble shooting skills and outstanding interpersonal and client service skills
- Previous experience working with Microsoft, Communication and/or Learning and Development Tools, system development, release management, system testing and helpdesk support is highly desirable
