We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our busy People & Culture team.

**Our Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team. The P&C Coordinator supports the P&C team through coordination of key HR processes including rewards and recognition, policy advice, employee relations, people reporting, employee changes and updates, and other duties as required.

In this role, you will:

- Business partner with selected teams to manage key HR processes.
- Draft P&C documents for review and sign off.
- Maintain employee files and other sensitive information to ensure compliance with legal requirements of record retention.
- Works on special projects as required to deliver in line with the P&C and firm strategic plans.
- Coordinate and support our fortnightly payroll processing requirements.
- Prepare submissions for all annual external reporting requirements
- Provide internal reporting and data administration support across the business
- Update and coordinate employee details in our HRIS.
- Maintain and coordinate HR precedent documents and HRIS processes.
- Respond to employee queries regarding their employment.
- Coordinate staff reward and recognition programs anniversaries, staff gifts and other ad hoc reward and recognition gifts.
- Maintain the P&C calendar of key dates.
- Coordinate health, safety and wellbeing events and programs and maintain relevant documentation.
- Coordinate payment of invoices across the P&C team.
- Liaise with external bodies such as Qld Law Society, LPBWA, service providers and government bodies.

This role would suit a recent HR graduate looking to build their HR generalist skills in a professional services environment. You will have strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and excellent time management skills. You will work with the broader P&C team supporting our operational tasks so must be able to work with multiple people at once, so the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities is essential to this role.
