**The opportunity**:
The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing the digital marketing and search strategy to create a best-in-class digital experience. Collaborating with the design and ecommerce team the Ecommerce Coordinator will drive conversion optimisation and work closely with vendor partners to improve strategy, performance, and revenue across all channels.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Ecommerce**
- Analyse Ecommerce data to identify & optimise critical conversion points in the customer journey to maximise CLV
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Lead & Development team to continually optimise the AU & NZ storefronts
- Deliver products releases & promotions across site in line with the marketing calendar
- Measuring and reporting of performance of all digital marketing campaigns & website metrics and evaluate against goals
- Merchandise the AU & NZ storefronts inline with data driven trends and releases

**CRM**
- Developing, implementing, and optimising automated flows to support customer conversion, retention, referral, cross-selling and reactivation
- Developing and managing relationships with vendors and drive improvements and account optimisation
- Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on these findings
- Manage Omniconvert reveal data & segments with a focus on CLV and Cohorts

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience using Klaviyo, SMSBump and Pushowl highly desirable
- Shopify, Magento, Salesforce experience highly desirable
- An understanding of key ecommerce metrics and how to optimise digital experience to improve these metrics essential
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse large datasets and identify trends and insights
- Highly organised, excellent attention to details and the ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to learn and a desire to turn analysis into action/result essential. As well as the ability to work collaboratively within a high performing Ecommerce team.
