About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Christmas Cheer Assistant You will assist the Corps Officers with administrative duties related to Christmas Cheer.

Responsibilities include
- Contact Community Members registered for Christmas Cheer Assistance to book appointments
- Enter SAMIS data in relation to Christmas Cheer
- Welcome Community Members registered for Christmas Cheer Assistance
- Co-ordinate appointments and follow up Community Members and Volunteers

This is a casual position, based in Brunswick, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 2 Award.

You will have
- Certificate III in Community Services is desirable but not essential
- The ability to engage with culturally and linguistically diverse people
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work with community members and volunteers is desirable but not essential
