Moreland Community Child Care Centres (MCCCC) is a not-for-profit community-based organisation that offers quality early learning programs for children 6 weeks to 5 years, offering funded Kindergarten. We believe that education, social interactions and community participation help create a lifelong love of learning and foster a sense of belonging and identity for children. We integrate awareness of environmental sustainability, embedding Aboriginal perspectives and languages into our education programs. We have 4 sites and are open 7am - 6pm Monday-Friday. Dunstan Reserve - 72 children per day in an age-based room setting Mitchell Street - 35 children per day and is a multi-aged Centre Tinning Street - 35 children per day and is a multi-age Centre North West Brunswick Kindergarten (NWBK) offering 3- and 4-year-old sessional Kinder

**Description**

**Centre Leader** Maternity Leave replacement - 15 months Are you looking for a new challenge to grow or to step up in your career into a leadership role? - **Moreland Community Child Care Centres (MCCCC)** is a not-for-profit community-based organisation that offers quality early learning programs for children 6 weeks to 5 years, offering funded Kindergarten. - **Dunstan Reserve** - 72 children per day in an age-based room setting

- **North West Brunswick Kindergarten** (NWBK) offering 3- and 4-year-old sessional Kinder

**About the position**: We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate leader to lead at our Dunstan Reserve Centre. This role is well supported by our People and Quality Leader, Operations Leader and Pedagogical Leader. The Centre Leader is part of the Operations Leadership team and has peer support from other Centre Leaders. The Centre Leader works closely with the Educational Leader to ensure consistently high quality education and care.
- **About You**
- Hold a Diploma or Certificate III of Early Childhood level qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Experience leading a team
- Holding a current Working with Children's check in accordance with relevant State or Territory legislation
- Being a champion of our Safety Commitment for all
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- This position would suit Assistant Director, ready to take on the next opportunity to become a Centre Leader.

Interviews will be conducted week commencing 11 September 2023.

**Qualifications**
