**Working at CQUniversity**:
CQUniversity is seeking an experienced customer service operator to work on the frontline at our busy Melbourne Campus location, where no two days are the same You are a professional administrator who enjoys providing support and advice to clients, either face-to-face to our students or phone. You are confident in resolving day to day queries and triaging enquiries to others. In this role you will also provide support to our wider team and gain knowledge and understanding of the broader services provided by our Student Engagement Team.

Working as part of the Student Engagement Centre, you will be provided full training and mentoring, and work in a supportive team environment to ensure your success in this position. **Position Requirements**:

- Experience working in a front-line customer service role, assisting and triaging enquiries, either face-to-face or on the phone.
- Experience and knowledge using systems, web browsers, Microsoft Office Suite, or ability to quickly learn.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Proven time management and problem solving skills with proven ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others.
