Administration Officer

Permanent Position, Newcastle Based
- 5 days per week with WFH flexibility
- Salary $65-80k Range
Our client, who are a market leading construction services provider who are currently seeking an Administration Officer to assist and support the senior management and large construction team based in the Hunter Region.
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
- Performing key administration tasks for the Management Team, including meeting, and greeting visitors
- Perform HR functions such as onboarding of employees. Coordination of internal & external inductions & training, maintenance of external induction & supplier portals, sourcing and coordination of accommodation, and resource allocation to projects.
- Participate in company meetings, minute taking & recording of actions.
- Assisting with Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Assisting with the processing of the payroll function, including data-matching timesheets
- Data entry utilising our ERP software to generate reports, invoices and update administrative databases.
- Assist in analysing workplace performance and implementing solutions to address barriers, errors, and anomalies.
- Provide information to, assist, and liaise with the Finance and Administration Manager & General Manager
- Responsible for inventory management, including ordering stock.
- General Administration tasks as required from time to time.
- Reception & front office duties
