**About the Team**

Our award-winning People Experience team is made up of experts who are focused on reimagining new ways of working and enabling all MYOBelievers to help more businesses in Australia and New Zealand reach their potential. From talent acquisition, people advisory, organisational development to employee services, digital experience, and workplace experience, we ensure your ride with MYOB is an exceptional one.

**The Role**

As a People Experience function, we strive to deliver employee experiences that ensure our teams experience easy, experience success and experience exceptional moments that matter, because we know that work isn’t just business, it’s personal.

An important part of the role will be working across different functions, identifying continuous process improvement opportunities and ways to enhance the employee experience. You also play a meaningful role as a People Leader, driving high employee engagement, coaching and mentoring your team members.

Reporting to the Head of Talent & People Experience, this role manages the People Consulting Team, providing sound advice and support across a variety of HR generalist areas including:
Performance management

Employee relations

Onboarding

Organisational culture and effectiveness

Remuneration, rewards, and recognition

Systems, policies, processes, and procedures

Data analysis

**What you’ll bring**:
We’re looking for a strong HR generalist who prides themselves on their leadership and people management skills, including providing clear direction, training, coaching, mentoring and day-to-day support.

You’re passionate about supporting your stakeholders in developing a culture of high engagement and high performance, and you’re well versed in managing and resolving complex employee issues, including facilitating performance management processes. You’ll have a firm grasp of HR data and metrics, and it would be great if you have a passion for continuous improvement.

Ideally, you've got experience in a fast-paced and ambitious environment, so you’re comfortable providing an exceptional level of service to your main stakeholders and coaching your team to deliver the same The ability to build and maintain trust, rapport, and relationships quickly through stakeholder interaction is imperative.
