**Sales & Retail Services Analyst**

The Opportunity

Our Sales Steering and Product Management team is currently looking for an experienced Sales & Retail Services Analyst who will be responsible for Sales Reporting and Analytics. The core focus will be Sales performance.

This is a full time, permanent contract based in Mulgrave, Melbourne.

Additionally, the role is responsible for:

- Sales Reporting.
- Month End Closing Activities (Reporting, Payments, etc.).
- Performance Analysis (Campaigns, Demographics, etc.).
- Internal and External Reporting (Incl. Management), Dealers, BM’s, Retention, Ad Hoc, etc.).
- Product Foundation and Documentation of Process.
- Dealer Plan, BSC Operationalization.

What you will bring to this role
- Bachelors degree in Business Informations Systems.
- Working experience in a similar analyst role, preferably within the automotive financial services industry.
- Experience in process evaluation and redefinition in order to achieve efficiencies.
- Experience in data structuring and analysis to develop conclusions and initiatives to improve sales performance.
- Experience in projects, preferably in Agile Methodology.
- Proper understanding of planning and prioritisation methodologies and Strong problem-solving capacity.
- Experience working with highly collaborative teams and contributing to a nice working environment.
- Critical thinking ability, able to translate business objectives into system and process requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
