MAYDAY Recruitment is currently looking for a driven and motivated
**State Business Manager **to manage the sales and growth of a leading dermal filler and cosmeceutical product range in Australia. If you are someone with an eye for business development and a passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry, this role might be fit for you

As the State Business Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic business plans, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within assigned territory. You will also be responsible for managing and achieving sales targets, building relationships with key accounts, and aligning business growth plans with the company's overall strategy.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and market share within your assigned territory
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company's presence and reach
- Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets for the product range
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and injectors
- Develop and implement business growth plans in line with company goals
- Utilizing successful sales methodology to identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain brand loyalty while increasing market share
- Regularly review the performance of key accounts and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly
- Actively seek potential avenues for business expansion
- Keeping customers informed and up-to-date on the latest industry trends, advancements in technology, best practices, clinical trials, and other relevant information
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all relevant customer data (e.g., product choice, usage, purchase price, visits and agreements) and maintain account analysis profiles
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on performance and other relevant data
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales role ideally within the medical aesthetics or medical device industry. Alternatively you might have experience in a high touch device industry, skincare or FMCG environment.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Ability to consistently achieve results and strong time management skills
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
