This opportunity is a critical leadership position within the Group where the Sales Managers primarily responsibility is to drive sales growth through leadership of the team and via retail and channel strategies.

Your existing skills and expertise in residential development particularly in built form and land will see you deliver these strategies and ensure optimal business outcomes for the group and individual projects.

**The Role**:
As State Sales Manager you will be responsible for the full Sales Division for all developments across Victoria

The key responsibilities include:

- Manage, lead and provide support to the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide and contribute to effective sales and marketing solutions for new and existing projects
- Provide marketing intelligence from the field to help assist the team in planning the optimal mix of product and pricing
- Proactively establish and build upon trusted relationships with channel groups and alternate sales channels to drive sales
- Oversee the contracts administration function to ensure smooth passage from sale to settlement
- Drive efficiencies of systems and processes to help improve the operation of the sales and the customer service function
- Manage and build key relationships with the broader project team and with external stakeholders
- Preparation of reports related to budget and forecasting

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications preferred
- Relevant experience in a property sales management role
- Prior built form experience will be highly regarded
- Proven people management, stakeholder, and communication skills (written and verbally);
- Ability to build networks and trusted relationships
- Be a highly driven individual with the ability to mentor teams
- Strong computer proficiency
