We are seeking a responsible, experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our organisation and client’s expectations. In this position you will be responsible for supervising the support staff, managing all front of house duties, and providing excellent customer service to our client’s internal and external visitors and guests. As the first face our client’s visitors and guest see when they enter their organisations, you must be friendly, informative, and welcoming to all, able to handle questions, complaints, reservations and reporting.
**Main Duties**
- Greeting all clients and visitors to our client’s corporate areas ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal & external visitors and guests by engaging promptly to their arrival, answering all queries and directing all guests as required.
- Take ownership and proactively working to resolve any related issues that may occur (e.g. double booking of meeting rooms).
- General corporate concierge and reception duties
- Organisation and maintenance of corporate and meeting room areas
- Maintain databases and update presentations
- Attend to client’s and visitor’s needs
- Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationary
- Potential Back Up for Reception and Mail Room whilst accepting courier deliveries during the day. Including booking of couriers and taking last minute express post envelopes and Mail to external mail boxes at end of day.
- Perform other ad hoc administration duties as directed by Corporate Services, Service Delivery Managers and Team Leaders
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Receptionist or a related role preferred
- Previous experience in maintaining an intranet site an advantage
- Energetic collaborator, influential communicator, and technology savvy
- Have demonstrated exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills, able to think outside the square.
- Have strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver.
- Have exceptional time management skills and organizational skills.
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Be comfortable liaising with various stakeholders across all business units
