**What do you do?**
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Inform members of the firm of visitor arrivals
- Liaise with appropriate colleagues and management
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Management of conference room bookings in the national system
- Answer switchboard and internal telephone calls
- Manage meeting room set up and catering requirements

**What do you need**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a Corporate Receptionist role
- Impeccable time management and organisation skills
- Take pride in your personal presentation
- Ability to manage a heavy workload
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in using a room booking software
