Are you looking to join a company who will invest in your future by providing training and mentoring to assist you to continue to build your career?

Within this role, you will perform administrative support for a busy team in a Customer Service environment where the team provide technical support and problem shooting for their clients. This role is perfect if you are IT savvy and love working with a number of systems and programs.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Database maintenance across numerous systems
- Set up client records
- Set up contracts, billing information and other client information
- Train new staff on various systems
- Provide back up support to Helpdesk consultants - take and direct calls
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
- Previous Administration or Customer Service in an office environment
- Accurate typing (40wpm +)
- Confident skills in Word & Excel, must be IT savvy and able to pick up a number of internal systems
- Can-do attitude
- Confident communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a team player
- True desire to build a career within a busy office
- You must have completed your Senior Certificate as a minimum - maybe you've completed a Uni degree but realised it's not for you and seeking an office career
- Professional presentation - enjoy working in a corporate office
