We have an opportunity for a Village Support Officer to join our village located at Glenaeon Retirement Village in Belrose. We have shifts 7 days a week from 7:30am - 3:30pm or 3:30pm to 8pm with a sleepover then 5:30am - 7:30am.

Duties will include responding to resident enquiries, responding to call outs, as well as some office administration duties. You will undertaking first aid and initiating emergency services where required such as Fire Warden and evacuating residents in case of fire. You may be required to assist with other tasks around the village as directed.

To be successful you will have the following:

- Hold a current Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
- Be able to make critical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
- Motivated and able to take initiative
- Basic computer Skills (desirable)

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining.
