**The Role - General Sales Manager**
***
An experienced General Sales Manager with a strong automotive background is required for a leading RV dealer in New South Wales or Queensland. This is very much an active management role with complete hands on across all departments.
- Responsible for interdepartmental relationships
- Building strong customer relationships within the community
- Training & Development for Leadership Team
- Implement strategies to drive the growth of customer base, sales and thus profit across all departments
- Implement strategies, processes, procedures to ensure the Dealership operates to it's maximum
- Focus on meeting brand KPI requirements
**The Dealer**
Our dealer is part of a larger group based across New South Wales and Queensland. The company retail two very strong brands in the industry and are extremely focused on maintaining and building strong customer relationships.

- Actively involved in community groups
**Competencies & Skill Requirements**
- Ability to lead, drive, train and guide Department Managers
- Background that demonstrates experience across Sales, Parts and Service preferable
- Strong focus aimed within the Sales Department
- Current Drivers Licence (QLD)
- Full working rights (Aust/NZ Citizen/Permanent Resident)
