The General Manager of Sales entails devising the Strategy and Framework for the Corporate Sales team, with a focus on propelling the company's sales function. This position involves nurturing existing corporate accounts, identifying and acquiring new business ventures in the corporate and other market segments, and driving sales growth to boost the company's revenue and profitability.

**Key Duties**:

- Develop a comprehensive Sales Strategy to achieve optimal market share performance in key regions.
- Manage existing corporate accounts to maximize their performance, conducting regular reviews for optimisation.
- Identify, secure contracts, and activate new corporate accounts, while also monitoring their performance.
- Establish sales plans and strategies, including TMC (Travel Management Company) business strategy.
- Cultivate strategic partner relationships and oversee the sales budget.
- Coordinate the development of sales materials and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company in corporate and social events.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer or Leadership team.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Achieve Revenue Budget for hotels (15%)
- Achieve EBIDTA Budget for hotels (10%)
- Maximize Revenue: Meet corporate room night and revenue production targets (40%)
- Achieve Market Share for key markets (10%)
- Maximize Revenue: Ensure contracted sales accounts meet room night and revenue targets (15%)
- Expense Management: Maintain Sales and Marketing budget within approved levels (10%)

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' Sales experience within Australasia, including at least 2 years as Head of Sales function
- Proficiency in the Hospitality & Tourism sector, particularly around Brisbane and Melbourne
- Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset and innovation-oriented
- Strategic thinker with goal-setting and project management skills
- Confident, dynamic, and professional
- Effective under pressure and in fast-paced environments
