- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and recommendations.
- Facilitate client feedback to the product development team for the creation of new features or the enhancement of existing products.
- Prepare and deliver reports on account status, including progress, risks, and opportunities, to internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical account management, sales engineering, or customer success role, ideally within the technology or IoT sector.

- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel overseas regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in a client-facing technical role.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
