**The Opportunity**

You as the Digital Talent Acquisition Advisor will work in an agile environment with an amazing dedicated and experienced Digital Talent Acquisition & Onboarding team.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our Digital Talent team until 30th September with the possibility of extension. There are also potential opportunities across other talent teams within the Department of Customer Service.

You are not afraid to be adaptable and hands on in finding proactive and strategic ways to provide advice and solutions to deliver a positive and successful recruitment process within your portfolios.

In this role you will:

- Deliver end to end?talent acquisition services in line with best practice, legislation and Public Service Commission guidelines
- Design creative talent sourcing strategies to meet tight project deadlines
- Coach managers on best practice approaches and talent management strategies
- Build strong relationships and influence hiring managers and decision makers at different levels with data and industry insights

**About you**

To succeed as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will have a unique blend of experience including:

- Sound experience managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle including an understanding of compliance/privacy requirements
- Strong attention to detail, especially in written and verbal communication such as creating strategic recruitment campaigns and job ads
- Experience working autonomously and collaboratively within a team with high volume recruitment needs
- Demonstrated experience in providing recruitment advice within a complex, fast paced environment
- Experience in the optimisation of recruitment processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- The ability to drive key client relationships and support workforce planning initiatives
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels including senior executives
- Experience in managing or coordinating recruitment projects within a high volume complex environment will be beneficial
- Experience working in an internal recruitment function and/or recruitment in an agency setting in the digital/technology portfolio will be highly beneficial to your success.

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $101947 base plus superannuation
