**Talent Acquisition Advisor**

**Grade 7/8 - Multiple Temporary Opportunities (with the possibility of extension)**

**Let’s talk about You**
- Sound experience managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle with a proven understanding of compliance/ privacy requirements
- Strong attention to detail, especially in written and verbal communication
- Experience working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team with high volume recruitment needs
- Demonstrated experience in providing recruitment advice within a complex, fast paced environment
- Experience in the optimisation of recruitment processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- The ability to drive key client relationships and support workforce planning initiatives
- Strong relationship management experience with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of public sector policy, GSE legislation, guidelines, and best practices (Preferred but not essential)
- My Career and SAP experience (highly regarded but not essential)

**What will your day involve?**
- Deliver end to end?talent acquisition services in line with best practice, legislation, and Public Service Commission guidelines
- Design creative talent sourcing strategies and campaigns to meet tight project deadlines
- Coach managers on best practice approaches and talent management strategies
- Build strong relationships and influence hiring managers and decision makers at different levels with data and industry insights
