**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the TAFE NSW Delivery Implementation and Performance Team in South Region. The Contract Assurance Officer is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of delivery contracts for the Region. Schools participating in the Externally Delivered VET program (EVET) are able to offer students from years 9-12 a range of VET courses developed or endorsed by the NSW Education Standards Authority and delivered by registered training organisations (RTOs) external to the school. The Contract Assurance Officer is responsible for School Based apprentices and trainees and co-ordinates and monitors notifications, training plans, enrolments, school requirements and completions.

Reporting direct to the Manager Compliance and Assurance, these positions provide expert advice and support to stakeholders on contract outcomes, performance targets and other compliance matters to ensure compliance requirements are met and contract outcomes optimised.

An eligibility list may be created and used to access suitable applicants for any future permanent or temporary roles over the next 18 months. Eligibility lists are maintained to ensure there are sufficient lists of qualified applicants that can be engaged when required to meet current and anticipated needs.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are seeking a committed and passionate Contract Assurance Officer to track and monitor contract performance to ensure outcomes, KPIs and compliance requirements are met. You will contribute to the development, implementation and review of policies, procedures and processes on contract delivery. You will be able to provide expert advice and support to stakeholders on contract outcomes, performance targets and other compliance matters to ensure compliance requirements are met and contract outcomes are optimised.
