**About The Role**

**Your Duties**
- Work with our creative team to conceptualise the event ideas and projects
- Understand a client’s challenge and provide a timely and effective solution.
- Assist in the organisation of all elements of our events, from planning and on-the-day operation through to post-event analysis
- Contribute to new business pitches
- Research concepts and draft new proposals
- Prop management, assembly and maintenance
- Ensure production timelines are adhered to
- Assist in coordinating suppliers
- Assist in managing logistics
- Create supplier run-sheets

**About You**

You are someone who will hit the ground running. You like being part of a team but can work autonomously. Passionate about retail and events. Can work in a fast-paced role with the ability to problem-solve and make practical decisions.

You will need to have at least **2*_ **years experience*_ as an Assistant Event Coordinator or equivalent. You will need to be able to work under pressure, and be available to work on events that may fall after business hours and/or on weekends.

**Salary**: $50,732.20 - $60,106.07 per year

**Experience**:

- Events management: 2 years (preferred)

- Full Driver Licence (required)
