We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **National Key Account Manager** for our **Abbott Nutrition** business. This is a **Sydney based** role, with our team based at the _head-office in_ _Macquarie Park_.

**Your responsibilities include (and not limited to)**:

- Drive growth of Abbott Nutrition products through the development of strategic partnerships with key accounts that build long term and sustainable business partnerships with strategically important accounts, as well as boosting brand loyalty and advocacy
- Develop a deep understanding and relationship of all National Key Account stakeholders and decision makers at the executive level to develop strategy and concise engagement plans for key accounts
- Gain new business and grow existing business through building confidence in and loyalty to Abbott Nutrition products
- Provide guidance and insight into National accounts on where opportunities and obligations lie

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics or science-based qualification
- Eligible for recognition as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and for membership of Dietitians Australia (DA)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role with demonstration of successful sales track record and a strong understanding of the National healthcare system and Community landscape
- Sound knowledge of the Homecare and community landscape including the National Disability Insurance Scheme is highly advantageous
- Experience working with and driving outcomes via Wholesaler/Distributor relationships ideal
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with strong ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
- Business acumen and analytical skills
- Proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced transformation environment
- Flexibility for interstate travel
