**About the role**
As a Performance Manager, you will play a vital role in driving best-in-class digital marketing campaigns for their clients. Collaborating within an integrated team, you will work on a specific client portfolio, contributing to campaign delivery and strategy across various digital channels.
Reporting directly to the Group Business Director, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the strategy, execution, and performance of search campaigns for your assigned clients
- Gaining a deep understanding of your clients' business objectives to develop effective strategies
- Providing guidance, best practices, and support to clients while overseeing junior team members
- Ensuring timely workflow management and adherence to service level agreements
- Delivering comprehensive and insightful reports to clients, highlighting performance insights and future growth opportunities
- Demonstrating proficiency in search management platforms, with a particular emphasis on Search Ads 360
**To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience**:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a Search specialist role
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with advertising and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, GDN, YouTube, Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency in various paid search formats and features, including Dynamic & Responsive Search Ads, Ad Extensions & Call Tracking
- Familiarity with Bid Management tools, such as Search Ads 360
- Motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, taking ownership of projects when necessary
- Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
