ISS is currently seeking an experienced individual to join us in the position of **Performance Manager** based at our ISS Corporate Office in **Melbourne CBD** employed on a **Full Time** basis.

Reporting to Head of Technical Products and Performance (Pacific), you will be responsible for driving performance on productivity, quality, asset reliability, compliance, and growth across the associated asset / product category by proactively;
- Implementing Global Blueprint standardisation across all Key Accounts (KA) in Pacific
- Deployment of industry leading technical services and sustainability solutions
- Creating a data led decision-making eco-system and culture
- Supporting Transitions, Procurement & Commercial solutioning for local and global KA.

**A snapshot of what you will do**:

- Establish preventative and predictive maintenance plans across all Key Accounts.
- Translate new / proposed client info to enable commercial excellence and seamless operational transition.
- Develop new asset maintenance strategies and systematically review existing strategies to improve safety, asset performance, simplify administration requirements, and minimise Whole-of-Life costs.
- Standardise maintenance instructions, technical procedures, job analysis, and work schedules.
- Identify and improve the efficiencies of resource delivery models (self-deliver vs Subco).
- Support Commercial Development through standardised costing, best practice technical services and sustainability solutions to support the marketing of ISS technical capability.
- Collaborate with procurement to provide alignment with maintenance strategies and task costing.
- Drive supplier & resource performance through standardisation of technical deliverables and metrics.
- Conduct scoping Workshops and Change Implementation of related improvement projects.
- Provide technical support for Key Accounts, Facility Managers, Commercial, and Clients as required.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of ISO 55001 certification.

**Minimum Criteria**:

- 5 years + Engineering and/ or asset management experience, ideally in one of Electrical, Fire, HVAC, Hydraulic, Mechanical, or Civil Services.
- Experience in asset spend, forecasting, asset management analytics, and high volumes of data.
- Proven record to plan and deliver a broad range of asset mgmt. and reliability improvement services.
- Experience in the use of CMMS (IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP, etc.) and master data.
- Results focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome for all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple priorities.
- An ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, subcontractors, senior management and Client representatives.
- Documented results from a larger organisation.
