Working within our Insurance division, we seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Growth Lead, New Markets to join our dynamic team.

With scope across all areas of personal injury management, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

This position requires a strong combination of sales expertise, market research skills, and relationship-building abilities to achieve our business objectives.

**Key elements of the role include**:

- Generating new business opportunities by growing new and existing markets. Interfaces with client executives to understand opportunities and develops approach and implements same.
- Identifying and implementing innovative business and product/service development strategies by leveraging offerings in the company's claims management, technology and partner networks. Supports the development of solutions to meet customer needs while positioning the company for future opportunities.
- Providing strategic guidance and market insights to internal business development teams to generate new opportunities within existing markets
- Providing support to senior management in negotiations, contract development, due diligence and other business or alliance development needs. Identifies areas for revision, update, change or elimination.
- Develop and validate viable business partnership business models and identify appropriate alternative solutions.
- Developing strategic business relationships with key decision-makers.
- Interfaces with relevant internal and external stakeholders and partners to develop and implement strategies, plans and business models

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Broad experience working within and growing businesses within insurance sectors
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
