Marketing Lead Oceania

The Marketing Lead Oceania is a strategic, entrepreneurial and dynamic marketer to take On to the next phase in Australia, New Zealand and parts of South East Asia. You are an amazing people leader, who empowers our diverse and energetic local Marketing team to authentically bring to life On’s mission and shape the future of run culture in Oceania. You will own all marketing campaigns and brand moments for Oceania and collaborate daily with the Global and Regional teams to provide a critical point of view to address market needs and drive maximum impact.
**Your Mission**:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of marketers across various disciplines through empowerment, purpose and clarity, and effectively collaborate with internal partners and departments
- Craft and bring to life an impactful and seamlessly integrated brand marketing strategy and GTM across product categories, delivering a consistent brand message that brings to life On’s brand mission in Australia and New Zealand
- Support and guide our distributors in South East Asia to establish and build On as a premium sportswear brand with high credibility in performance running
- Prepare and manage quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department and ensure that all relevant initiatives across the full marketing channel mix are implemented on time and within budget.
- Together with your team, be the ear-to-the-ground and gateway to the local consumer landscape, reporting on trends, sentiments and broader societal topics, informing & influencing critical business decisions. Analyze and utilize data to assess progress and allocate resources where needed

- Proven successful track record of progressive experience within Marketing roles across various channels such as Brand Marketing, Communications & PR, Digital Marketing, Events and/or Trade Marketing
- Experience in a dynamic leadership role, with strong capabilities of developing a diverse team and its individual members
- An innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen, capable of leading with a growth mindset and inspiring a talented marketing team, as well as cross-functional peers
- Ability to stay current and build upon Marketing best practices and trends, turning these into a cohesive, localized brand strategy
- Ability to travel based on business needs/fluctuation
